Trials

Bundled into a 7-day trial. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges. Trial access begins immediately upon checkout.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account (or by contacting support to stop the next renewal). Charges already processed are not refundable, except where required by law.

We may consider a discretionary refund in cases of duplicate charges, payment errors, or documented technical issues that prevented access. Please include details and relevant screenshots.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days after approval (your bank/card network controls final posting).

Regional Consumer Rights

If you are located in the EU/UK, local consumer rights may apply. Because access to our digital content is granted immediately after checkout, you may be asked to confirm consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once access begins. If you do not provide that consent, we will delay access until the initial 14-day period ends.
